Client Management

This module allows the user to add the client and various features linked with client such as delivery address, charges, product for delivery and contact person. Features defined in client management are define below:

  • Adding new clients

  • Add/ Edit client delivery address with vehicle type and charges
  • Setting docket charges values
  • Adding/Editing Client Products
  • Client Contacts/ Database

Contractor Management

This module allow user to Add/ Edit contractor associated with the home branch along with the list of vehicles, drivers and contact (used as login for contractor portal which allow user to view the pay related to that). Features defined in Contractor management are defined below:

  • Adding/ Editing Contractor
  • Adding/ Editing driver with selected contractor
  • Adding/ Editing vehicle with selected contractor
  • Adding/ Editing contact with selected contractor
  • Adding/ Editing base charges for the contractor

Route Management

This module allow user to define various routes with the cities to be covered for delivering dockets in the selected route. Route is assigned to vehicle for docket delivery as per the defined destination on docket creation. Features defined in Route management are defined below:

  • Adding/ Editing Route Master
  • Adding/ Editing City for the route


This module will display the various reports such as Manifest Report, Invoice Report, Message Report, Trip Report, detailed dashboards (with the list of dockets in various status such as New, Allocated, delivered etc.) as required by the customer. Currently no reports are defined in this section.

Agent Management

This module allows the user to add agents and will be referred as Branch with limited access to system and to deal with the list of vehicles. Features defined in the module are defined below:

  • Adding/ Editing Agent
  • Adding/ Editing contact for the current Agent
  • Vehicle type according to agents selected
  • Printing lists of Agents/Contacts/ Vehicle type based on selected criteria

Registered Account

This module allow user to generate invoices for the list of dockets created which are delivered and charged. Customisable features defined in the module are defined below:

  • Invoice listing
  • Invoice generation
  • Print list of invoices generated
  • Emailed statements (which can be automated)
  • Manual non-automated payments (when required)

Controlled Account

This module allows the user to pay directly for the dockets which are delivered to client depend on the client for which the docket is created. Features defined in the module are defined below:

  • List of dockets which are charged
  • List of dockets to be charged
  • Manual Payment accepted for dockets
  • Charging payment through cards

Agent Account

This module displays the list dockets created for Agent. Features defined in the module are defined below:

  • List of all dockets as per filters and parameters
  • Manually changing status for docket
  • Printing list of dockets


This module defines the user access in the Security and the various maintenance data for the application Security Maintenance define the various roles / access for different user in the application Maintenance include list of various tables to add the maintenance data such as
